IC, wanted

Having sailed for a short period a one design boat, I'd like to move to an IC. It should come with everything - a main, jib, rudder, carbon mast, boom and sliding seat. My price limit would be at 5.000-6.000 GBP.

Also, a German friend of mine is just looking for a hull.
