Thanks Christian. That has done it, I now have to come to Oz and have just sent my e-form saying 'count me in' in the IC, assuming there is a British container that will be going. At my advanced age (63 and not sure I should still be counting!) one has to take each year at a time but in principle it is 'game on' for me if by then 65 year olds are still welcome! I asssume my remarks on the reply form get published including the frivalous ones. Let me know if the form does not arrive I never quite trust myself to get this cyberspace technology working right!

Cheers Mate

Ps I have got the foilng Moth flying properly at last, top speed so far recorded on my GPS: 23 knots, makes the IC seem slow and the AC a lot of effort not to go as fast! I have even had some good racing results but the IC is realy the better, more sensible, boat for the older man. Life is indeed too short to sail slowly.

Hi Colin,
Your intention to compete is received and logged, and thanyou for taking the time to write some excellent comments.
The IC's and DC's, despite sharing the same course will be sailing for different 'Sheep Stations'. We'll get this formally sorted when the Worlds Committee meet next January (just before we put out the Notice of Race and Entry Forms).
Fantastic to hear that Sam got in touch with you, and was promoting the event.

And yes, 'The road to success is always under construction'. And you winning at 63 is inspiration to me, it gives me a few years to try and win something :)
