Re: Free sex
Can't believe such a small number of 'hits' with a title like this!!! Is this a sad reflection of the age of the fleet?!
Would have putting 'Free Viagra' got more of an uplifting response?!
.................and is no-one going to Sweden then?

Re: Free sex
It's not that, it's people thinking that the free sex with you is a mandatory part of going to SwedenDreamcatcher wrote:Can't believe such a small number of 'hits' with a title like this!!! Is this a sad reflection of the age of the fleet?!

Re: Free sex
I'm toying with going. Anyone any suggestions on the cheapest way of getting there? I could be tempted to do the german nationals on route if a few others are??

Re: Free sex
Double Stacker must be the cheapest way out. The RORO freight ferries from Aberdeen seem quite expensive though. I was toying with the idea of going but it is a long way for a three day event.

Re: Free sex
do we actually have dates and a venue? as i cant find this info confirmed anywhere.
if its around gothenburg will be a bl***y long drive as there appear to be no ferries from the uk anymore.
one thought the ok's have their worlds in southern sweden and are talking about renting a large trailer (8 boats ) from somewhere on the soth coast and having the boats delivered

Re: Free sex
If you want to make a longer trip out of that, make a stopover in Hamburg and sail the German nationals with us
from July 28th (opening ceremony in the evening) to August 1st (last race and closing party). Then go on to sweden

Re: Free sex
It seems like a long way to go to Sweden for just a three day event, the Europa Cup is normally at least five days which means the entire event is less likely to be lost if any days turn out to be too windy to sail. It would be helpful if the Swedish hosts were to publish a proper 'Notice of Race' so we could all see what arangements have been agreed for trophies (e.g. will the One Designs and the New Rules ICs be racing for the Europa Cup together, what competition is planed for the One Designs that might make it worth going?) How do we enter, what about accommodation, entry fees etc? There is so little information available about the event, not a good way of encouraging folks to go!
I can no longer find the thread but some time last year I commented on the lack any more of any ferries direct to Sweden and Simon Allen came back to say TOR line commercial will take cars/motorhomes and boats on a RORO commercial cargo boat that goes from Harwich ( I think it was) to Gottenbourg, but it is not advertised by the ferry companies. May be Simon could repeat the advice? I shall probably not go as against the new rules boats it is a long way to travel just to make up the numbers in a One Design IC and then only for three days of sailing.
