Oxford is scheduled for October 27/28. This will be a premier event, and AC, IC & DC. It will be held in conjunction with Blaze Inlands.

Have been unable to pursuade Blithfield to have an IC/DC Open on a suitable weekend to fit into our calendar. So, no Blithfield event this year, sorry!!

Is this the list of agreed events, if so I'll update the website.

Thank you for trying Gareth, Blithfield for me last year was one of the best events, the welcome and hospitality by its members was second to none, lets hope they can squeeze us in next year, cheers

I've updated the UK website with these dates - http://www.intcanoe.org.uk/fixtures1.html

If anyone has any other events they want me to include (such as training events and other events where IC/AC/DC would be welcome) let me know and I'll add them

Is the place called Saunderfot anywhere near Saundersfoot in south Wales? I am doing a week there, so could probably drop in......

Hi Neil
Could you please add these three events to the “other events” list.

They are all at Ullswater Yacht Club

The Lord Birkett Trophy - 7th & 8th July

Ullswater Regatta - 11th & 12th August - weekend straight after the Europeans

Ullswater Week - 13th -17th August - the week following the regatta

These are all-class events but there has definitely been a distinct shortage of International Canoes at them and it would be great for the fleet to be increased. It would be really good if people wanted to make it a stop on their way back down south from the Europeans! Camper vans welcome!!

Thanks
Felicity Robson
