The proposed changes to Rules 9a and 10a (... only one centerboard, ... only one rudder) are unnecessarily restrictive and probably unworkable. As written they appear to be a blanket ban on changing the hull / foils package without remeasurement, rather than being applicable to a single event. Foils...

Clearly you need to specify, and get in return, a sail that (a) you can fit to your foretriangle, and (b) is very close to your specified area.
