I have always used a plum bob hung from the main halyard to determine mast rake. In light winds I go for about 100mm, and increase this to 300-400mm in windy stuff. You will need to adjust the jib clew position.

Great to see Phil S LOG winning the nationals. Can someone advise me how it went against Hayden when he recorded his race wins please.
Well done Phil, thats 2 nationals champions on opposite sides of the world over 60! All we need now is for Steve Clark to join the party!
